Yet the company, which was founded 100 years ago, is also one of the leading suppliers of technical gases for small and medium-sized businesses on the German market and is also one of the largest suppliers of liquid gas in Germany. Westfalen has also set itself the goal of increasingly establishing hydrogen on the market as an energy carrier for industrial processes and as a fuel. The company is also increasingly developing its medical Respiratory Homecare business, which supplies patients with medical gases and thus contributes to improving their quality of life.
