There are three simple ways you can have almost nothing to do with your LPG tank test:
Highly qualified nationwide: The employees of our technical customer service and selected service partners are there for you for every type of liquid gas system. This includes liquid gas tanks for private gas heat supply as well as systems in vehicles or trailers (e.g. caravans, mobile homes). Westfalengas energy experts are specially qualified as "persons qualified to carry out inspections". We ensure their qualification and ongoing training with regular courses. So the safety of your liquid gas supply system is in good hands.
From the outside, the LPG tank must be inspected every two years. Every ten years, an internal inspection of the tank is due, during which the integrity and tightness of the tank are checked. It does not matter whether the tank is placed above or below ground.
Liquefied gas tanks must be inspected by qualified personnel with the appropriate certificate of competence. The external inspection is carried out by the so-called "qualified person". The internal inspection is carried out by experts from an approved inspection body (ZÜS). The required qualification is also precisely specified for all other prescribed checks. Numerous Westfalengas energy experts have the relevant expertise. Where external experts need to be called in, we draw on the network we have built up over decades. This means that you can place liquid gas tank testing, gas tank maintenance and servicing in the best hands.
The costs of a LPG tank inspection depend on the scope. For an external inspection, you should currently expect an amount of just under 100 euros including VAT. Ideally, you should combine upcoming inspections with each other; we will be happy to make you appropriate package offers.
