How can customers, guests and visitors start the charging process at the company's own charging point or wallbox?

There are three different ways to authorise yourself at the Westfalen charging station or wallbox.

he charging process can either be started with the charging card if it has RFID chips. To do this, simply hold the charging card in front of the charging station's reader.
In addition, the charging process can be activated online via a charging app.
he charging process can also be started by credit card with the help of a web application. All you have to do is scan the QR code at the charging station and enter your personal data.

Can the charging station also be supplied in the company's own design?

What is the difference between a wallbox and a charging pole?

Depending on your needs and area of application, you can decide which charging solution is the right one for your company.

Wherever there is little space, a wallbox is the preferred choice. For example, in public underground garages and private garages or carports, as the wallbox can be mounted on the wall to save space. Collision protection, as required for charging columns, is not needed here.
A standard charging pole is ideal for use in public areas. For example, for employee and customer car parks, on parking spaces in public facilities, at hotels and restaurants, on campsites, in leisure parks, at gyms or saunas. But wallboxes, free-standing on a base or wall-mounted, could also be used here.
Fast charging stations are used everywhere where the dwell time of customers and guests is not too long.
