So much for just copying - life really started right away. I was immediately allowed to start with "real" tasks and could really take work off my colleagues. I thought that was great.

On the very first day, you get to know all your new trainee colleagues. Later on, you will meet again and again at team training sessions, training courses ... It is important to us that you become a real team.

Find your way through the jungle of professions. Get to know our work and the issues that concern us. Gain exciting insights with an internship and take on smaller tasks independently. In which field would you like to gain experience?
Duration and application: Schools usually specify periods of two to four weeks. You are also welcome to complete a voluntary internship during the school holidays. Please indicate the desired duration of the internship and the field of work in your application.
We are a family business and, as it is in families, we take care of each other: We prepare you very well for all exams, you get a hefty allowance for the company restaurant, you can participate in our sports groups from football to Zumba to beach volleyball, and so on.
Carnival, of course (we even have our own carnival club), and we trainees always organise our own trainee parties, for example an Oktoberfest. But that's not all, just let yourself be surprised."
