Stationary supply systems for technical gases.

Stationary Tank Systems.

With a storage volume between 2,000 and 78,000 liters, our stationary tanks ensure the availability of the cryogenic liquefied gases argon, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, oxygen and nitrogen at all times. If your requirements are higher, we can of course also implement systems for larger capacities.

Gas extraction liquid or gaseous.

The maximum permissible operating pressure of these systems is 37 bar for argon, oxygen or nitrogen, 22 bar for nitrous oxide and up to 80 bar for carbon dioxide. The gas is extracted in liquid or gaseous form. In the case of gaseous withdrawal, an evaporator (heat exchanger) is connected downstream of the tank. Depending on the type (water bath, wet steam, electric or air evaporator), this can be operated with or without an external energy source. Evaporator units are available in sizes from 35 to 8 000 cubic metres / hour. But special sizes can also be used.

Datafer® remote data transmission system

A secure supply of technical gases is of central importance to many companies. Westfalen's Datafer® system reliably rules out interruptions in the supply chain. It uses remote data transmission to check the fill level and operating status of stationary container systems for gas supply, but also of cylinder bundles and cylinder batteries on request.

Datafer® optimizes your regular supply of technical gases - even in the event of strong fluctuations in consumption. You avoid operational disruptions caused by bottlenecks, you save time and costs through improved use of goods and significantly lower personnel expenses. Foreseeable technical faults in the supply equipment are detected at an early stage and rectified immediately. All in all: enormously efficient, delightfully simple.

Gas mixing plants.

Certain applications, for example in welding technology or the heat treatment of metals, require larger quantities of multicomponent gases. For this purpose, we provide mixing plants with a capacity of 50 to 300 standard cubic meters per hour. The precisely controllable gas mixers produce reproducible compositions of consistently high quality. This ensures consistent production conditions even in complex industrial processes.
