Fill up as usual and conveniently pay directly at the pump using the fillibri app. Simple, fast and contactless. This is now also possible with your Westfalen Service Card. This puts an end to long waits at the cash desk. And off you go for relaxed payment via app.

Service à la Card: now pay by app at all petrol stations of the Westfalen Group and numerous AVIA petrol stations.

Currently, you and your employees can already make mobile and digital payments with the Westfalen Service Card and the fillibri app at all Westfalen petrol stations and Markant stations (with the exception of fuel terminals and federal motorway petrol stations) as well as at numerous AVIA petrol stations.

Setting up the fillibri function: it's that easy!

You are a fleet manager and manage your Westfalen Service Card Fleet cards?

  1. Then log in to our Mobility portal.
  2. Select the corresponding Westfalen Service Card and activate the "digital fuel card" function.
  3. Enter the smartphone number or e-mail address of the card user.

The authentication code for activation in the fillibri app goes directly to the card user.

1. Download or update the fillibri app free of charge.

Download the fillibri app free of charge from the App Store or Google Play Store. If you have already installed the fillibri app, you may need to update it to version 1.3.12.

2. Log in and activate.

Open the fillibri app, create a user account, log in and complete the account setup.

3. complete the deposit of the Westfalen Service Card.

Execute the authentication code received by SMS or e-mail. The Westfalen Service Card will then appear in your fillibri app as a means of payment.

4. Select the fuel pump.

Select the pump in the fillibri app and fill up as usual.

5. Wait for confirmation of payment and continue your journey relaxed.

After refuelling, pay directly from the car with the fillibri app.

Paying with the Westfalen Service Card and your mobile phone: this is also possible at the car wash!

With the "Pay@Wash" function, convenient digital payment for the car wash is also possible at numerous Westfalen and Markant petrol stations.

FAQ - Answers to frequently asked questions:

1: How long is the received link (authentication code) valid?

For security reasons, each link (authentication code) can be redeemed for 72 hours after receipt. After the 72 hours have expired, this link can no longer be used to store your service card in the fillibri app. In this case, please contact your responsible fleet manager to obtain a new link.

2: At which stations can I pay with the Westfalen Service Card and the fillibri app?

Currently, you can already use your Westfalen Service Card and the fillibri app to pay conveniently at all Westfalen and Markant petrol stations (with the exception of petrol pumps and federal motorway petrol stations) as well as at numerous AVIA petrol stations.

3: Which products can be purchased with the Westfalen Service Card and the fillibri app?

The familiar authorisation levels of the Westfalen Service Card continue to apply.

4: When can I use the Westfalen Service Card in fillibri after it has been activated?

Upon receipt of the link (authentication code), the Westfalen Service Card is activated for payments in the fillibri app. The link is sent to the selected contact within one hour after the card has been activated. This must be redeemed within 72 hours.

5: Is it possible to enter a mileage or additional information when paying with the Westfalen Service Card and the fillibri app?

If these queries are provided for the respective card, the mileage and/or the additional information will be requested during the payment process via fillibri. The entry of the mileage and the additional information is limited to a maximum of 8 digits.

6: Can I deposit a fuel card in several fillibri accounts?

The digital fuel card can only be deposited in a fillibri account.

7: How can I activate a digital fuel card?

Activation takes place via the fuel card portal through your fleet manager. In addition to the card user, the manager provides a mobile number or an e-mail address. This is used to send a so-called action link, which stores the fuel card in the fillibri app. The contact details of the card user are used exclusively for the transmission of the activation link.

8: Will I still receive a receipt from the petrol station?

Yes, a fuel receipt is stored in your fillibri account - at the same time you will receive this receipt by e-mail (e-mail address of the fillibri user account).

9: Is the card inscription printed on the fuel receipt?

No, the card labelling is not currently printed on the fuel receipt. Of course, the correct allocation is made in the invoice.

10: What to do when an employee:leaves the company?

In addition to the physical handover of the fuel card, the respective card must be deactivated for digital use in the customer portal. Alternatively, you can also block the existing fuel card.

11: How can I deactivate a Westfalen Service Card for use in fillibri?

Deactivating the Westfalen Service Card for use in fillibri is also done via the Westfalen fuel card portal. To do this, remove the tick from the "digital fuel card" entry. When the entry is removed, no further payments can be made with the Westfalen Service Card via the fillibri app.

12: Do I have to reactivate the fuel card if I lose my mobile phone?

No - the card is stored in the user account. This means that it can be used on a new terminal without having to be activated again.

13: Can I replace a Westfalen Service Card stored in fillibri with another one?

To store another Westfalen Service Card in a fillibri user account, you must first remove the existing Westfalen Service Card. To do this, call up the menu bar, then select the option "Settings" before calling up the item "Payment methods" and selecting the deposited Westfalen Service Card. Now you have the option of deleting the Westfalen Service Card from your fillibri user account with the button "Remove payment method".
