Westfalen is and will remain a mobility provider and wants to actively shape the change - away from fossil fuels - and be part of the solution. As an expert in gases, mobility and energy, we support you on your way to a clean future - with alternative drive technologies of the highest quality standards and innovative solutions that are tailored precisely to your needs. We remain open to new technologies and invest in various sustainable drive energies. Currently, our environmentally friendly product range includes charging current and hydrogen as well as biogases in the form of LNG and CNG. With our expertise, we find the right mobility concept for every fleet and every municipality: sustainable and economically viable.

Sustainably clean: CO2-neutral car wash at Westfalen.

The 100% CO2-neutral wash is another milestone on the way to future-proof and sustainable mobility. We are one of the first petrol station operators to achieve this through perfectly coordinated measures.

From the switch to green electricity to the use of photovoltaic systems. From water treatment to largely dispensing with fresh water to biodegradable detergents. For particularly sustainable car washes that can already be used at many Westfalen locations.

RECUP: So vermeidet das Kaffee to go Pfandsystem Müll.

Another sustainable offer is the RECUP coffee-to-go deposit system, which has been introduced at many petrol stations since mid-2021.

Opt for the resource-saving alternative and take your ALVORE coffee with you in the RECUP reusable cup. After use, simply return it to us or to one of the more than 10,000 RECUP dispensing points throughout Germany.

To ensure that you can use the reusable system not only at our filling stations, we deliberately chose RECUP. Our success proves us right: the deposit system for coffee-to-go cups is becoming increasingly popular.

Together against food waste.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, private households and petrol stations with bakery shops know it all too well: too much food ends up in the rubbish. According to statistics, every German alone throws away around 75 kilograms of food a year. If food waste were a country, it would be the third largest emitter of greenhouse gases.

Put an end to it: We want to reduce food waste and increase sustainability at our filling stations. The motto is to avoid waste and conserve resources. To this end, we also work together with the food bank or TooGoodToGo on an individual station basis. This way, we help people in need and can sell leftover goods at bargain prices at the same time.
